San Felipe Integrated Elementary School 2018
Our first successful project took place in San Felipe Integrated School located in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. This specific school needed quality school desks and school supplies that Pack a smile proudly committed to. The donations were also utilized to improve social health by serving the school community hot meals and encouraged student engagement through activities.
Pack A Smile Christmas Special - Villa Nati Elementary School 2019
For our annual 2nd project, we’ve partnered with Villa Nati Elementary School located in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. This school specifically needed restroom improvement, new desks, and school essentials. Pack a smile committed to fulfill these academic needs using donations to install new restrooms, technology, and school essentials to set a conductive learning environment.
Thanksgiving Project with Beacon Light Mission Shelter and Local Food Drive in Munoz, Philippines 2020
This year Pack a smile pursued two Thanksgiving projects located in Munoz, Philippines and Los Angeles, California. Due to the current Pandemic, Pack a Smile could not fulfill the annual mission of serving international local school communities. Despite these circumstances, Pack a smile was still committed to serve children in need. From the help of our team in the Philippines, Pack a Smile safely distributed hot meals and beverages to a local community in Munoz, Philippines.
Beacon Light Mission Homeless Shelter became Pack a Smile’s first local project in Los Angeles, California. Pack a smile directly used their donations to provide basic humanitarian needs to the shelter.
Pack a Smile virtual holiday drive with Orangewood Foundation 2021
This year, Packasmile was given the opportunity to collaborate with Orangewood Foundation located in Orange County. Orangewood annually serves nearly 2,000 unprivileged youth by providing them housing, education, and offering ways of employment. Packasmile’s mission highly resonated with Orangewood Foundation’s purpose therefore felt honored to receive an opportunity to serve a part in their community.
Batong Lusong Elementary School 2022-2023
This year, Pack a smile’s main priority was to improve the social health of the students in Batong Lusong Elementary School. This school was deeply isolated from the city and located up in the mountains which caused many students to lack social engagements. Pack a smile was committed to address these barriers by providing hot meals and entertainment through a magic show.
